Electromagnetic plate is the essential part of the surface grinder and facing machine. The holding force can reach to 12kN/CM2, safe and reliable for using, and very convenient to position magnetic workpieces which are not suitable to clamp by machinery. The electromagnetic plate connects with direct current supply. The material of the magnetic isolation is brass, The internal coil is wound with copper enameled wire.
Weike has two tpyes of electromagnetic plate, standard type and fine pole type, the pole pitch of standard type is 3+16mm, and fine type is 1+3 and 0.5+1.5mm. The fine pole chucks are suitable to machine the small and thin workpieces in surface grinder.
